These terms apply to the Tanqueo website and iOS and Android app, operated by Polex Studio. By using Tanqueo, you accept these terms. Questions: hello@polex.studio.

Tanqueo combines public ANH and YPFB data, station chains’ public sensor pages and driver reports. Availability, queues, times and arrivals are estimates: they may be wrong or delayed. We do not guarantee fuel, a place in a queue, prices or alert delivery. Confirm conditions and the price at the station before refuelling.

Tanqueo is not affiliated with ANH, YPFB or any station operator.

Drive safely: do not use your phone while driving. Stop somewhere safe before checking Tanqueo or reporting. Follow traffic rules and station instructions.

Report only what you observe on site. Do not submit false reports, fake your location or manipulate queue or availability information. Do not disrupt the service or try to access other people’s data. We may restrict access or remove reports for abuse.

We provide the service as available, without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Polex Studio is not liable for indirect losses or for trips, waits or failure to obtain fuel resulting from reliance on estimates. This does not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Bolivian law applies. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Bolivia, respecting mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules. If we update these terms, we will publish the new version here and announce significant changes on the website or in the app.
